Mrs Rita Ekpemina, Director of Legal Drafting in the Ministry of Justice, Delta State, has lauded the Delta State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Isaiah Bozimo Esq for being passionate about staff welfare.
Mrs Ekpemina commended the management, the Attorney-General and the Solicitor-General and Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Omamuzo Erebe Esq for ensuring capacity building in the ministry.
Ekpemina, who was a guest on the Delta Broadcasting Service, (Justice Hour ) programme, monitored in Asaba, stated that the Attorney-General was not only passionate about the capacity building of legal staff, but also on the other staff who had benefitted from his goodwill.
She stated that staff inn the ministry had been trained regularly
on every aspect of the law.
Ekpemina added that junior staff, drawn from the various zonal offices of the ministry had also benefitted from the capacity building programme.
She said that necessary working tools needed for efficient delivery on their job as desired by the Attorney- General were regularly provided for the staff..
She stated further that Bozimo did not stop at that as he in conjunction with the Solicitor-General and Permanent Secretary of the ministry ensured regular payment of staff claims on a monthly basis.
The Head of Legal Drafting Department revealed that her department was charge to handle drafting of agreements between Government, corporate bodies, other entities, individuals, Legislative Bills, including promoting Legal Advice to ministries, departments and Government agencies in the state, on behalf of the state government.
