Today, the Senator representing Delta North Senatorial District (Anioma) in 10th National Assembly, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Ned Nwoko has responded to one of the requests in “Oshimili North For Senator Ned Nwoko” platform, saying “I will certainly work closely with the state government towards achieving the best possible results for the people”.
According to the request, the senator who received praises for his versatile knowledge in Delta State as well as Nigeria politics was charged with the responsibility of liaising with the state authority so as to reduce the suffering of the good people of Anioma whom have entrusted their votes and supports to him.
The senator has a good and working relationship with the state governor, Rt Hon Sheriff and that could make a smooth sail to ensure provision of fiscal incentives to investors in power sector to provide stable electricity, provision of subsidized energy to the citizens, creation of more jobs and Reduction of insecurity in Anioma land.
The most distinguished Senator Ned Nwoko who is committed to listening to his people is ready to bring the needed change we are clamouring for all these years.
He has already scored a decent mark by initiating a platform like this, and could serve as a desirable model if this culture is replicated or reproduced effectively amongst other political class especially in the National Assembly.
