Deputy Governor Commiserates With Prof Achuenu On Sister’s Death

What was the event? A dirge. The loss of an Achuenu.

Helen lfeoma Enudi, nee Achuenu, fell to the cold hands of mortal life and as such, the family had no choice but to bid her farewell.

Tears, wailings , it was palpable that their sister , a loving one , was snatched. Onwubiko.

Suddenly a convoy screeched into the arena. Guess what? His Excellency, the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Lion Sir Monday Onyeme The entire Achuenu compound at Utue Ogume, went ecstatic, went traditional.The number 2 citizen had come to pay a condolence visit to the Achuenus.

The retinue of his Excellency had the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Deputy Governor and two term Ndokwa West LGA Chairman, Sir Christopher Osakwe in attendance.

The Deputy Governor who commiserated with the Achuenu family led by Bldr Professor Emmanuel Achuenu, urged them to always remember that God alone is the be all and end all of mortal man.

The number two citizen appealed to the Achuenu family to always be prayerful and ensure that whatever has happened was for their upliftment.

Earlier, the Redeemed Christan Church, Utue Ogume, tasked all and sundry, to consider what they will be remembered for when they depart mortal earth.

He advised all and sundry to be very wary of evil intentions, assuring them that death is a natural end and what they accomplish is what God will be happy about.

In an emotion laden remark, the head of the Achuenu family, Professor Emmanuel Achuenu, gave glory to God for the life of his sister, describing her demise as a will of the almighty.

The head of the Achuenu family noted that his sister had made a mark in all known circles of life, and had the grace to live to the fullest of God’s fulfillment on her life.

The burial ceremony was witnessed by the Enudi, Achuenu, Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi Uku as well as friends and well wishers from all walks of life.
