Minister of Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike is currently holding a town hall meeting with residents of Bwari Area Council over the incessant kidnapping and killing in the area.
The Nation reported that a former senator who represented FCT, Philip Aduda, the Bwari Council of Chiefs, security agencies, and officials of the area council are present at the town hall meeting.
The meeting is being held after reports of the deaths of Nabeeha Al-Kadriyar, who was kidnapped along with 22 others in the Bwari Area of the FCT, and 13-year-old Folasade Ariyo, who was kidnapped alongside eleven others, among whom were three of her siblings, and their mother at the Sagwari Estate Layout, in Dutse-Alhaji Area of Abuja.
