The Executive Assistant To Delta state Governor, on Orientation and Communication, Bar. Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe has reaffirmed that interest of Deltans is a top most priority to the State Governor.
Bar. Latimore reaffirmed this during an interactive session with the indigenous correspondent chapel in Asaba,the state capital.
“He maintained that Oborevwori administration is determined to execute projects to the satisfaction and happiness of all Deltans”
He added that the governor will not protect any contractors with a shading job rather the interest of Deltans was a top priority.
He revealed that this administration was very prudent in the management of state resources in the state
According to his statement , “His Excellency, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori is against wasteful spending, adding that plans and activities would follow budget projections in line with the MORE agenda”.
“The executive assistant promised that the MORE agenda would benefit all Deltans.”
“He charged journalists in the state to be objective in their reportage, adding that speculative reports and sensational headlines should be avoided.”
“He promised to be sensitive to the welfare of journalists, especially the indigenous correspondents chapel members.”
“Responding, the chairman of chapel, Comrade Kenneth Orusi thanked Oghenesivbe for the visit and promised that his members would partner with the government in the dissemination of government activities and programmes”.
