Yesterday, during the Igbo Cultural Day celebration, the Executive Chairman of Ukwuani Local Government, Hon (Barr) C.S Possible Ajede, was honoured with a prestigious Award of Recognition.
The award according to the leadership of the Igbo community was in acknowledgement of the Chairman’s outstanding leadership in Ukwuani, which they described as exceptional, excellent, and transformational.
Recall that, in recognition of his pragmatic and visionary leadership and initiatives, Barr Ajede received multiple awards in his first term both at the state and national levels.
According to the Igbo community, the award was also an expression of the deep appreciation and respect they have for the Council Chairman for always recognizing the Igbos in his programmes and activities.
While receiving the award, the #DoMoreAgenda Torchbearer expressed his profound gratitude to the Igbo Community for honouring him even as he gave the assurance that he will reach out more to them.
