The Executive Chairman of Ukwuani Local Government, Hon (Barr) C.S. Possible Ajede, has inaugurated Ukwuani Revenue Committee today while tasking them to be humane in the discharge of their duties.
While inaugurating the committee, the Council Chairman charged them to be dutiful and committed to the task of stepping up the revenue drive across the LGA in line with the Ukwuani Local Government Revenue Bylaws 2022, as amended.
The members of the Ukwuani Revenue Committee include: Comrade Chukwunalu Joseph (Chairman), Mr. Onyah Fidelis, Edem Jerry, Eni Donald Christian, Egwuenu Emeke, and Idoghor Sunday.
Others are: Chukwudi Onajaife, Egwuanumkwu Azubuike, Ilome Ikechukwu, Ubanatu Sylvester, Ossai Dishi Christian, Odumosor Dennis, Okuchukwu Solomon, Uzu Douglas, Enumah Henry, Samuel Emeni, Okolugbo Chukwunalu, and Rt. Hon. Okonye Mathias.
Responding on behalf of the members, the Revenue Committee Chairman, Comrade Joseph Chukwunalu, expressed the appreciation of the committee and pledged their loyalty to the Chairman.
He assured the Council that the committee will take the revenue drive to a whole new level while wearing a human face; he added that they will discharge their duties within the ambit of the law.
