Executive Council of NNU, I celebrate and congratulate you on your 60th birthday. It is a
great milestone and a thing of joy and relevance to Ndokwa Nation.

We are privileged and proud to have our illustrious son, Sir Monday Onyeme, who has made history as the first Ndokwa citizen to become the Deputy Governor of Delta State.
