……..Says Gov. Oborevwori has tremendously done well

Delta State Commissioner for Finance, Sir Fidelis Okenmor Tilije has said Delta state government has no plans of borrowing a dime from any financial institutions or individual because the state has enough fund to run its current budget.
The Commissioner also maintained that the state governor, Elder Sheriff Oborevwori has done tremendously well in two years in office while describing the state governor as a class of it own
The Commissioner stated this recently during the flag off Insecticide Treated Nets Mass Campaign at event center in Asaba
He said; “clearly it is very possible to have Delta state free of Malaria, I listened very attentively to the representatives of the World Bank who in indeed read out data to the extent that they have been able to cover 90 percent of the whole Delta state, just remaining only 10 percent”
He maintained that, “and with the 3 million, we are told today that will now actually be distributed across Delta state nooks and crannies tells me that we are already there, and I must give credence to His Excellency, Elder Sheriff Oborevwori for all that he has done in conjunction with the Commissioner for Health”
” A lot has been put into the health industry and this is also a testament to what they have been able to do, and, and I can tell you that once you have good health, then you have a good productive class in the system
ON MAY 29:
“If you asked me what my ministry have achieved, I have a lot to talk about but what is critical is that we have somebody who is the boss, the organizer, the coordinator who coordinates all the ministries, so, all of the performance scorecard at every point goes to him because is through his benevolence that we have been given the authority to do what we are doing in all the MDAs”.
“And I can tell that, and say it without mincing words, that this Governor Sheriff Oborevwori is a class of his own”
“To start with, I don’t want to talk about the expansion that has taken place in Asaba since he came onboard, I don’t want to talk about for the fact that Warri is today a construction site, just like all the local government areas headquarters is”
“We are so proud of him because he has been able to sustain peace, which he actually took over from senator Dr. IfeanyiI Okowa”.
“He has sustained it, so much so that the population of Delta state is increasing in lips and bands in all the commercial cities in Delta state”
“I used to before, and all us used to go from Asaba to Warri for about 3 and half hours , but if you ply that road today you will do it for 2 hours. So there is a time saving on that road, And I know that the road will be commission in the next few months”
“He has done tremendously very well, and I don’t want to begin to talk about the numbers of empowerments that he has roll out since he came onboard”
“Most importantly, he is running all these gigantic projects across the nooks and crannies of Delta State without borrowing one kobo from any financial institution or any individual and without going into any bilateral loan relationship with any institution or individual”
“He has done well, he has saved so much of billions of Naira, so if I begin to tell you in real terms of savings that he has been able to bear in running the economy of Delta state you will marvel”
“And the contractors are very happy and as we speak today, we can say clearly that we are not owing any contractor that has done a job and is unpaid”,
“And we have enough funds to run the budget of this year without borrowing from any instruction.”
He has done so much, he is a grassroot mobilizer
