The Head of Service of Delta State, Dr. Mrs. Mininim Oseji, has promised to collaborate with the Delta Community Action for Resilience and Economic Stimulus (D-CARES) program for efficient service delivery to the state.
The Head of Service made this promise when the D-CARES management team, led by State Coordinator, Lady Dr. Patience Ogbewe paid her a courtesy visit.
The HoS enjoined them of the importance of adhering to the procurement processes laid down by the procurement commission in the discharge of their daily activities to avoid lapses.
She also encouraged them to follow through with key performance framework so that direct beneficiaries could gain from the program and utilize it effectively.
Earlier, the State Coordinator, Lady Dr. Patience Ogbewe, congratulated the Head of Service on her well-deserved appointment and commended her for her efficiency and accountability.
Dr. Ogbewe outlined the various activities carried out by the delivery platforms and their achievements so far, while assuring the Head of Service of their willingness to explore potential collaborative opportunities for benefits of both parties.
She noted that D-CARES is a state government initiative designed to promote economic growth, empower individuals, and transform communities across Delta State.
