Delta State Commissioner for Oil and Gas, and Former Member Representing Udu at the State House of Assembly, Hon.(Chief) Peter Uviejitobor has assured the good people of Udu Kingdom that the state governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori will bring the needed infrastructural development, just as he calls for calm and patient.
The Commissioner stated this on Tuesday 1st of July 2025 at the state Secretariat in Asaba said Oborevwori is a listening Governor adding that the needed development will come
The Commissioner revealed some already existing projects that are ongoing in Udu, from the harbor market that is capital intensive, to numerous roads’ construction in Aladja, Orhuwhorun main town to Usiefurun, CAC road, Ekakpamre, Ekokpre and more.
According to him; “development will come, the state governor is trying, and you can see what he is doing at the harbor market, which is still ongoing, and it it is capital intensive”
“Other approved roads includes; ongoing construction of Orhuwhorun main town to Usiefurun, Ekakpamre, Ekokpre, CAC, are all ongoing projects”
” I trust the Governor, he will bring more development, we should be patient”
