The Chairman of Ndokwa West Local Government Area, Chief Goddey Obi-Nzete, is set to lead the 2025 Annual Adege Day celebration of Umusadege community, Utagba-Uno, as the event holds under his distinguished chairmanship.
The announcement was made by the Onotu-Uku of Umusadege, Utaga-Uno, High Chief Isaac Ozonuwe, on behalf of the Inotu-in-Council, who cordially invited sons and daughters of Umusadege worldwide, as well as members of the general public, to participate in the annual celebration.
The 2025 Adege Day is themed “Consolidating Peace and Charting New Development,” reflecting the community’s resolve to strengthen unity, sustain peaceful coexistence, and pursue new developmental initiatives that will enhance the socio-economic well-being of the people.
The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 27, 2025, by 12 noon, at Adege Primary School, Ndemili, Ndokwa West Local Government Area of Delta State.
Adege Day is a yearly gathering that brings together community leaders, stakeholders, and indigenes to celebrate cultural heritage, review communal progress, and deliberate on strategies for sustainable development.
The 2025 edition is expected to feature cultural performances, goodwill messages, and discussions aimed at deepening peace and accelerating development in Umusadege.
