The Director General of Signature in Nigeria, Mayor Chinedu Enujeko, has declared his unwavering support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Sheriff Oborevwori ahead of the 2027 general elections, calling on Nigerians, particularly the people of Delta North, to rally behind their leadership for continuity and development.
Speaking during a meeting with Delta North youths, Enujeko commended President Tinubu for what he described as bold economic reforms and decisive leadership aimed at repositioning Nigeria for growth.
He said, “I was able to campaign for my people to vote for President Bola Tinubu and Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for a second term in office, adding that he has no candidate for Senate, House of Representatives, or State House of Assembly presently”.
He added, “The ongoing policies under President Tinubu’s administration are laying the foundation for a stronger and more resilient Nigeria, and we must give him the needed support to complete the good work he has started.
Enujeko praised Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for his grassroots-oriented governance style and commitment to infrastructural development across the state, stating that the governor has demonstrated capacity and dedication to improving the lives of Deltans.
According to him, “Governor Oborevwori has shown that leadership is about service. His MORE Agenda is already yielding visible results, and he deserves the continued support of the people come 2027.”
Enujeko further urged political stakeholders, youth groups, and community leaders to prioritize unity and collective progress over partisan differences, stressing that sustainable development can only be achieved through cooperation and consistent leadership.
The endorsement is expected to strengthen political alignment within key grassroots structures, as the build-up to the 2027 general elections gradually gains momentum across the country.
On their part, the Progressive Anioma Youths (PAYA) leader, Elizabeth Omesiete, reaffirmed its commitment to supporting candidates with clear vision and people oriented mandates, emphasizing that its backing is not tied to any specific political platform.
Omesiete explained that their support is based on merit and collective interest, ensuring that their votes are directed toward candidates who align with their developmental goals and visions.
In addition, she highlighted the importance of gender equality in politics, calling for increased participation of women in leadership roles. She expressed optimism about a future where more women are actively involved in governance and decision-making processes.
