The former head of the Bureau for Public Sector Reform, Joe Abah, has said that when one gets a ministerial appointment, the person automatically becomes a politician and must work to deliver the manifesto of the party that appointed him or her.
Abah shared this on his X handle and cited former Minister of Finance now DG of the World Trade Organization, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, as an example.
