ESV Alexander Chukwualasu Oji born into the family of late Okwa Michael Oji of Ogbe Ogume in Ndokwa west LGA of Delta state.
As a young man, Alexander showed tremendous ability in science related subjects, especially in Physics and Geography, little wonder his parents did not hesitate to support him, when he indicated interest to study Estate Management in the Federal Polytechnic Oko Anambra State where he graduated in flying colors, obtaining his National and Higher Diploma in Estate Management and teamed up with Chuks Odigwe & partners a Chartered Firm of Estate Surveyors & Valuers company with Corporate Head Office at Abuja.
He is an astute Valuer to the core with great pedigree representing many communities in Ndokwa Nation and beyond in the area of compulsory acquisition and compensation, Agency, property management etc in various capacities showing his expertise in his area of specialization
He has worked as a Valuer representing the interest of many communities across Ndokwa nation and beyond.
It’s not surprising that on 2/12/2024 he was inducted as an associate member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers, as a recognition for his tireless effort in the occupation.
We wish him more fruitful years of service to the association, and to humanity.
