The suspects have reportedly taken advantage of the situation and previously broken into the house, stealing a thunder protector, electrical wiring, and other metal items without being caught.
However, their luck ran out when they allegedly returned to the house to steal again.
This time, they were caught in the act by residents and apprehended.
