Delta State Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Renewal, Engr. Michael Anoka has disclosed that the 2026 budget will focus on digitalizing the ministry to enhance revenue generation and block linkages.
He said the ministry has performed excellently in the outgoing year during the 2026 inter-ministry budget defense at the state secretariat, Asaba.
He said, “the budget defense was very perfect, it’s a huge success, our focus is on digitalization of the ministry to boast revenue generation and block linkages.”
“You know, because of inflation in the country implementation has been very difficult, but relatively we have done well, and we will do better in 2026.”
” We are thinking of digitizing the ministry approval process in terms of getting development”.
