OBOREVWORI’S SUPREME COURT VICTORY: TIME FOR MORE FOR DELTANS____JENNIFER OMA ADASEN

Immediate past Commissioner for Science and Technology under the Senator Dr lfeanyi Okowa administration, Olorogun Jennifer Oma Adasen , has affirmed that with the distractions of tribunal cases which culminated in the supreme court verdict affirming Governor Sheriff Oborevwori as duly elected Governor of Delta, the people are in for full implementation of the MORE agenda.

Reacting after the apex court threw out the appeals of APC,s Ovie Omo Agege, SDP,s Kenneth Gbagi, and Labour Party,s ken Pela in favour of Governor Oborevwori, the immediate past Science and Technology Commissioner also stated that this has clearly depicted the Governor as having uncommon grace of God.

Olorogun Jennifer Oma Adasen who was full of gratitude to the Supreme court Justices for speaking truth in the delivery of their judgement, said with this landmark ruling , the judiciary has once again demonstrated that it could always be trusted by aggrieved persons who were on the side of truth.

According to her, the distractions notwithstanding , the Governor has been able to provide leadership and direction for the governance of the state , and has continued to drive infrastructural development and peaceful co existence across the three senatorial districts of the state.

The former Science and Technology Commissioner while congratulating Governor Oborevwori on his supreme court victory which , according to her, was the climax of all the legal hurdles he had faced since winning the PDP Governorship primaries, urged him to always remain the God fearing person he is by extending the olive branch to hos co contestants who lost at the supreme court to hím.

She therefore called on all Deltans , irrespective of party affiliations , to rally round Governor Oborevwori in his electoral promise of doing more for Deltans.

Olorogun Jennifer Oma Adasen also pledged the support of the political class of Ughelli south towards the success of the Oborevwori administration, going forward.
