In fulfilment of his promise to bankroll the UTME registration of a hundred candidates of Ndokwa East LGA origin, Dr Charles Olisa, DESOPADEC Commissioner representing Ndokwa Nation, has gone into partnerships with Bellarks Polytechnic, Kwale, which is a major center for the registration exercise. He called on eligible candidates to take advantage of this opportunity which is aimed at reducing the financial burden on their parents. The commissioner personally supervised the exercise today and promised to do so on a regular basis. He was joined at today’s exercise by the Provost of the Polytechnic, Dr Solomon Egbule and the Registrar, Mr Ayeni Tade.
Meanwhile, in the spirit of the victory of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori at the Supreme Court, Dr Charles Olisa has increased the free UTME registration slots from 100 to 150. He said the additional slots reflect the M.O.R.E. Agenda of the administration of His Excellency, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori. Dr Olisa said he will do his best to support any intelligent but indigent student in their academic career, knowing full well the bountiful benefits of education.
