“This rice mill is not just an investment; it is our contribution to Delta State’s growth and Nigeria’s quest for self-sufficiency in rice production. We are proud to situate it here in Igbuzo, our home, to create jobs for our people and to show that great things can come from our land,” he said.

A community leader from Igbuzo, Chief Peter Okocha aka Bobo Nkiti, described the establishment as a “game-changer” for Oshimili North, noting that it would open new doors for youth employment, small-scale farming, and business partnerships across the region.
“What Juniuc Group has done is visionary. This project will empower hundreds of families, encourage local rice farming, and position Igbuzo as a hub for agro-industrial development in Delta State,” he said.
With this innovation, Juniuc Group has placed Igbuzo and Delta State on the map as emerging leaders in Nigeria’s growing rice industry, setting a new standard for private-sector participation in agriculture.
The opening of the rice mill not only underscores the entrepreneurial foresight of Acho Nonyalim, but also stands as a shining example of what commitment, innovation, and community-minded investment can achieve for sustainable development.
