Reno Omokri has taken to his Instagram page to tackle the Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi and the Labour Party’s guber candidate in Lagos state, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, over their seeming silence as Nigerians call for justice for late singer, Mohbad, who died in controversial circumstances on Tuesday, September 12.
In a post shared on his Instagram page this morning, Reno said the Lagos state governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu is working to get justice for Mohbad but wonders what Gbadebo and Obi have done since the sad incident happened. He said during the election, both Labour Party members were quick to respond to sad incidents but have failed to speak since the demise of the 27-year-old singer.
His post reads;
Share this story to friends‘’No matter what you say about Governor Sanwoolu, at least he is working with the Lagos State Police Command to get justice for MohBad. His office and staff are facilitating the investigation. Where is Gbadebo Rhodes Vivor in all of these? If a dog had given birth to puppies during the campaign period, GRV and Peter Obi would have gone there with prominent Obidients to celebrate with the dog. Did they not visit Akere Spare Parts Market and donate money to victims? Did GRV not visit hospitals? Did he not go to churches to shake hands and smile? But now that Mohbad needs them, where are they? Election na your mate?
